The location is perfect, right in the heart of West Bay. My room was spacious with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast buffet had freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Spa facilities were great for relaxation.

Loved the heated outdoor pool and relaxing jacuzzi! The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. Room was clean and had a stunning view. Highly recommend for relaxation!

My spacious room featured a stunning view that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Lovely staff, spacious room with a comfortable sofa, and the hotel's excellent amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool to relax after a day of exploration just a five-minute walk from Decc.

We had an amazing time on our group trip! The location was perfect for exploring local Italian cuisine at the show kitchen. We also enjoyed comfortable rooms with great views. For future guests, the amenities make the stay enjoyable, but be prepared for busy check-in times.

Our main issue came from the reception, which was often unresponsive to our calls, making us feel unwelcome during our stay.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a breathtaking view of the skyline that made my mornings so much brighter. The staff, especially the Concierge, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, ensuring my experience felt like a true escape.
